  • How fast is shipping?

    We do our best to provide fast and efficient service every order.

    Due to the nature of the shipping, we cannot guarantee any delivery dates.

    This guide can help you estimate delivery times for business days, and is applicable for most of our Shipping providers*.

  • Which shipping option delivers to a PO Box?

    If you provide a PO Box address during checkout we will automatically ship your order via Australia Post

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will email you an individual tracking number and link to the shipping company website so you can track your order on its way to you.

  • If I place a backorder, when can I expect delivery?

    If an item has a 'Backorder' option, it means our inbound shipment has been loaded and the ship is on its way to us.

    This means delivery will be anything from 1-8 weeks from order. You can check the 'Additional Information' tab in the product description page. In most cases the estimated time of arrival (ETA) will be indicated.

  • What happens if I supply the wrong address?

    Please be especially careful when providing delivery details.

    If the address provided with your order is incorrect, please Contact Us immediately to make the necessary changes.

    Once your order has been shipped, re-call charges/redirection fees apply (if service is available) and are determined by the shipping provider.

  • Where do you deliver?

    We ship across Australia and internationally.

  • How will my product be shipped?

    We have a selection of third party shipping providers for you to choose from.

    During the checkout process you will be given a number of shipping options catered to your individual order. We recommend that you select the cheapest method for your particular postcode.

    All SoDiscreet orders are shipped in plain unmarked cartons or shrink wrapped with unbranded shipping labels for utmost customer privacy.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship to most countries.

    Please contact our sales team at sales@sodiscreet.com.au for an individual shipping quote.

  • How much will shipping and handling cost?

    Shipping and handling costs vary for each individual order.

    To estimate the shipping cost, simply add all the items to your cart that you are interested in. Click on your 'Cart' in the top right hand corner of the screen. Enter your delivery state and postcode into the appropriate field and click 'Get a Quote' button.

    All available shipping costs and options will be displayed.

  • Can I pick up my order?

    Yes, orders can be collected from our warehouse Mon – Fri 9am-5pm by prior arrangement only.

    When choosing a shipping option simply select 'Collect From Brookvale NSW 2100'.

    Collection instructions, including our address will be emailed to you once you have placed your order.

    *Please note we only accept cash, Mastercard or Visa at the warehouse.

  • Can I arrange special delivery instructions?

    Yes, when completing your online order, please write in detail, any special delivery instructions, authority to leave or any other requests in the 'Comments' field during the checkout process.

    We will contact you if any additional information or feedback is required.

  • Can my billing and delivery address be different?

    Yes, during the checkout process, simply uncheck the box 'ship to same address' in the address section, and then fill in the separate billing and shipping details.

  • When do you ship?

    In stock items ship next business day after payment is received.

  • Do you offer guaranteed overnight shipping?

    No, unfortunately our third party shipping providers do not offer this service.
